APE Racing uses spun aluminum technology to form wheel shells from high-quality aluminum plate under controlled pressure and rotation. This process aligns the material’s grain structure, creating a dense, uninterrupted metal texture throughout the wheel.

Compared to conventional casting, spun aluminum improves strength and hardness while maintaining consistent wall thickness and precise geometry. The result is a wheel shell with excellent load resistance, structural stability, and long-term durability.
