Return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a 100% refund of the item price— as long as they’re brand new, unused, and in original packaging.

Return Eligibility
Your return must meet all of the following:
- Requested within 30 days of the delivery date
- Item is new, unused, and uninstalled (same condition as received)
- Includes original, undamaged retail packaging and all included materials
Original packaging includes:
- All boxes, plastic containers, bags, and protective inserts
- All tags, manuals/instructions, stickers, info sheets, films/visor clings (if applicable)
Packaging Rules (Important)

Vacuum-sealed items: If opened, they cannot be returned.
- If retail packaging is torn, opened, or damaged, the item is no longer considered “new” and may be ineligible.
- Please pack returns securely to prevent damage in transit. If an item arrives damaged, we may not be able to accept it as a return.
- Do not use the product’s retail packaging as the shipping box. Place the item in its original packaging, then put it inside a separate outer box (the original shipping carton works best).
How to Return
- Email sales@ape-racing.com to request a return.
- We’ll provide return instructions and help confirm what to send back.
- Include your original invoice, or your order number and contact information inside the package.
Return shipping:
- All return shipments must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. shipments.
- If you use your own carrier, please use a service with tracking (and insurance is recommended).
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
All returns are inspected to confirm they meet the requirements above. Items must be received in new condition to qualify for a full refund.
- Returns must be received within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Items must have zero wear, with all packaging and tags/stickers/films intact.
- We cannot accept returns that show signs of use, installation, damage, or wear, including (but not limited to): scratches, scuffs, stretching, dents, dirt, pet hair, or any indication the product has been mounted/installed.
- Used or damaged items will be returned to the customer.
Please note: Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are non-refundable.
